Rosie arrived from a private home on Sunday 5 July 2020.
She is almost 5 years of age and is currently unneutered and unvaccinated. She is a very friendly and affectionate girl, but she is nervous when she meets new people and may do a little wee wee on these occasions.
Rosie is good with children but she does not like cats at all, and her previous owner was unsure how she was around other dogs. For this reason we are looking for a home without dogs and cats and children aged at least 10 years and over.
Rosie would suit a home where she is not left for too long at a time, unless she has had chance to have a good walk and exercise before being left.
On walks Rosie can pull a little but and is a little zig-zag but certainly not uncontrollable. We do not test dogs off the lead but the previous owner said she was good off the lead in wide open spaces.
Rosie is very playful and loves to play fetching toys including balls and tugs toys. She is extremely happy and loves lots of fuss, cuddles, kisses and being on the lap.
(due to Covid-19 restrictions in place dogs may currently be adopted that have not been neutered or vaccinated. Rosie’s last season was in March according to the previous owner).
